INSURED AND RISKS EXCLUDED

                      GUARANTEES INSURED AND RISKS EXCLUDED;

                Accident insurance may guarantee some or all of the following features:

                    > The payment of capital in case of death.

                    >The payment of capital in case of permanent disability. 

                    > Payment of a daily amount for temporary disability.

                    > The provision of health care.

                    These contingencies can be covered jointly or only by some of them. Thus, it is common to insure only cases of death and permanent disability or to combine the benefits of medical-pharmaceutical care, being not admissible, for technical reasons, to cover only temporary disability and health care or any of them separately.
